Modern sound and light fixtures are high-technology equipment, but notwithstanding their high reliability they require periodic maintenance or reparation. Operation conditions of such equipment are rather extreme, such as long continuous performance during concerts and discos, numerous installation works, loading and transport operations during tours, not always delicate handling of equipment by staff etc. But even if handled carefully the equipment requires periodic maintenance, for example lamp replacement, cleaning of sealed beams in light equipment, replacement of faders in sound mixers and so on.
IBERI’s service center is made for convenience of our customers. It has been operating since the company’s opening. Qualified specialists give technical consultations on equipment handling, provide warranty and post-warranty service for the equipment supplied by our company, provide maintenance and setup of sound and light equipment of the manufacturers which are not our suppliers. Our specialists have a great experience in this sphere and undergo periodic training in order to study emerging technologies and develop the skills.
