IBERI specialists make design projects of different objects – from a room in a private flat to a cottage, from an administrative building to a trading or an office center. We design both interior and exterior – a building face, landscapes, architectural and landscape light.
While making an individual design IBERI specialists make for a customer freehand sketches and 3D models during the process of negotiations. Design projects include several stages:
- Pre-design stage. It includes measurements with plan, composition technical design specification, sketching 3-5 sketches, perspective views in handwriting or 3D-models.
- Designing engineering drawings. Making all the necessary plans of deinstallation, installation, plan-scheme after reconstruction, cover schemes, schemes of equipment placement (electrotechnical, ñlight, sanitaryware, sound, video) and so on.
- Decorative designing. Making developed views of walls with future coverings, connection scheme of approved equipment, development of decorative structural elements, list of decorative lining and works etc.
- Additional stage. It is included in the previous stage, and it covers visits to trading centers and saloons in order to choose decorative lining, furniture and so on.
- Designer supervision. The project’s author visits the object during all the period of work, he controls, consults and introduces changes if necessary. We do not simply make a design – project for you, we control its realization up to the last thing done.
