The easiest variant is a meeting hall, for example for stockholders' meetings. For such a hall you will need amplification of the speech pronounced from a tribune or a presidium. You will not need a lot of equipment: just table microphones' set (fundamental “conference system”) and an amplifier of Apart or Paso and acoustic systems, for example corner acoustic systems of Cornered.
For making a presentation or a demonstration of a picture on a big screen you will need the installation of a projection system (EIKI or Panasonic). If the hall is not big plasma or liquid crystal panels will be enough. As for additional equipment you may use interactive boards, document – cameras and so on. The results of voting are shown on big informational panels in the hall. This systems can work in an automatic mode or a manual mode with the help of special software under operator's control. Naturally such halls are equipped with the modern video projecting equipment, TV translation systems, and data protection systems.
